No life does always accrue like that but I do believe that we somehow want to make ourselves into better, happier people. I suppose there are some out there who go about making themselves more miserable and unhappy, but given a choice, I would take the happier route. We have to work towards this goal all day, every day and some days we will be ahead and some days we will be behind, but we do become better and happier even in tiny ways.
