A thought

What if your mortal, physical self is only a replica, like a statue made out of clay to depict you?
Thank of that.

Okay, I'll play along. I'm thinking that it's a Star Trek episode, in which the crew of the Enterprise visits a planet where the inhabitants are their exact replicas, but without the conscience and the soul. The question is, have they been guiding their replicas? And can a replica develop a conscience?

Artificial intelligence is a great theme, and as companies begin to develop robots that behave more and more humanlike, it's something that we'll be talking about for many years.

The new frontier!

Maybe I'm not thinking on the same lines but sometimes I think I wonder if what we are doing is actually being done or if we are actually in a pod or something and just imagining or dreaming what we are doing. If that makes any sense at all you are a smart guy!!!

If I am just a depiction I wish I was depicted 2" taller & built like Pam Anderson. OK...I went the shallow route on this one. :)

If that were true, I know it would be thinner (or less fat). LOL !!

When I was younger, I used to think of that, or like that. That this is just a stage where we act out the conept of 'our lives' but that we truly lived elsewhere ...

... somewhere, in another place, we really lived, and it was the 'life' we were meant to lead, not the one we observed.

I am me and if there is another it isn't me it's another me. Duplicate, replica or clone I am still me. Dannelle
