What do I want for Father's Day?

I want a home.
I want a home I can afford.
I want a home in New York City where my heart is.
Or a home in LA where my son is.
And a way to get there with my stuff.
I want a home where I can write and paint and do theatre.
Such a home would begin to make me a happy Dad.
