Yikes! When that happens to me I go back to "Dashboard" and click on "edit posts" --between "new posts" and "comments"-- then click on "edit" at current post. Usually, not always but usually, something of the text has been automatically saved. Otherwise I hope you rely on your actor's retentive memory to restore things. Good luck!
